As we continue celebrating Women’s Empowerment Month, we are honored to introduce Claire Bostock-Tang—a certified holistic health coach, sound healer, yoga instructor, counselor, wellness consultant, and wellness educator originally from Singapore. With over two decades of experience, Claire’s approach to wellness is deeply integrative, blending Eastern and Western philosophies to guide women toward healing, balance, and empowerment.
A Journey of Healing and Transformation
Claire’s path into holistic wellness was shaped by her own experiences. After struggling with eating disorders in her late teens and early adulthood, she felt a strong calling to help other young women facing similar challenges. “I wanted to make a difference to help girls struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and eating disorders, with the hope that they did not go down the deep hole that I once did.” This desire led her to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology alongside yoga teacher training, with the vision of integrating therapy with movement.
Her journey then took her to Thailand, where she ran a wellness resort and was introduced to a variety of healing modalities. “My journey took me to Thailand, where I ran a wellness resort for many years and had the fortune to be introduced to various wellness therapies during my journey.” In 2022, Claire’s passion for healing deepened when she experienced singing bowl therapy for the first time. “I had a life-changing singing bowl therapy session, which inspired me to embark on a two-year journey to learn the intricacies of Singing Bowl Therapy.” This experience reignited her mission—not only to support teenage girls but also to help women navigating midlife transitions. Today, Claire integrates counseling, holistic health coaching, yoga, and sound healing to guide her clients through coaching sessions, women’s circles, singing bowl therapy, and wellness workshops—empowering them to align with their highest selves.
A Simple Yet Powerful Self-Care Practice

This ritual is a reflection of Claire’s belief that wellness is about consistency, intention, and nourishing both body and mind.
