Wisdom from Super Moms in Our #MoringaLove Community

In Thailand, Mother's Day is a special occasion that honors the birthday of Queen Sirikit, celebrated on August 12th. It's a time to show gratitude to the incredible women who nurture, protect, and inspire us every day. To mark this meaningful day, we turned to the super moms in our #MoringaLove community for their insights on skincare, health, and fostering a loving family environment. From timeless beauty tips to advice on creating a nurturing home, these moms have generously shared their wisdom with us. Here are the questions we asked, and we hope you enjoy their thoughtful and inspiring answers!

1 What's one skincare tip you want your sons/daughters to remember for life?

2. What's a must-follow health tip you want your children to stick to?

3. What's your best advice for new moms on building a loving, supportive family?

1. Moringa oil!! Every morning and every night. Each family member has their own supply, but they tend to steal mine when they run out!😅
2. Exercise! Whether it’s a walk in the park at sunset or football match, oxygen to the brain can make a great day even better🤩
3. Be the calm! Our kids lives can be filled with a lot of stress, anxiety and craziness. We can strive to be the calming center in that storm. How do you remain calm as a parent? Remember for every dramatic situation they encounter, It’s just a moment in time and it’s fixable💛

1. Sunscreen and water kids! Put on that sunscreen every day and drink plenty of water. Your skin will thank you later!
2. Drinks lots of water, eat your veggies, throw in some fish days, and get moving! A little exercise goes a long way, make it a habit.
3. Take it easy on yourself, and enjoy the little moments. Just be there, listen and laugh together. The rest will fall into place.

1. Use the cleanest skin care with as few unpronounceable ingredients as possible. Never use anything with fragrance.

2. Our skin health (and overall health) is a reflection of our gut health, so eat whole foods 80% of the time, and pay lots of attention on your digestion.

3. Everyone says to make time for yourself. I'd go one step further and say make time for healing yourself. Working on your own childhood traumas, could mean a world of difference in your children's experience with you.
