It also serves as a timely reminder of the ongoing journey towards gender equality and empowerment. At Moringa Project, we believe that part of this empowerment comes from prioritizing our health and well-being. Wellness is an essential aspect of self-care, allowing women to nurture both their bodies and minds.

In honor of this special day, we are thrilled to launch “Moringa Moments: Inside the Wellness Circle,” a campaign dedicated to showcasing incredible women in our community who share their insights on holistic health, beauty, and self-care. Through their stories, we aim to inspire you to embrace wellness as a journey worth celebrating.

Meet Cynthia: A Voice of Wisdom

To kick off our series, we’re excited to introduce Cynthia, a holistic health practitioner and yogi, whose journey reflects resilience and dedication to self-care. Reflecting on her path, Cynthia shared 

 “My wellness journey began at a time when my life felt like unraveling — I was physically and emotionally depleted. In that moment of brokenness, I made a conscious decision to take ownership of my well-being. I committed to take care for myself, immersing in yoga teacher trainings and personal development programs to deepen my understanding.

Along the way, I discovered profound wisdom that reshaped my life completely. I discovered countless tools and practices that contribute to wholistic wellbeing on all levels of my being, and today nothing makes more sense than spreading the love and the tools with others."

Transformative Practices for Everyday Life

Cynthia's experiences taught her invaluable lessons about health and wellness. She emphasizes the importance of gratitude, recommending this simple yet transformative practice: “Spending just one minute every morning to express gratitude can shift your entire day. It’s a small tool that has immense power.” This daily act cultivates a positive mindset and sets the tone for well-being.

Grounding Rituals: Daily Sadhana

Central to Cynthia’s routine is her daily sadhana, a practice that includes yoga and meditation. “ This disciplined practice helps her maintain balance and clarity that keeps her grounded.

The Role of Moringa in Self-Care

Cynthia incorporates Moringa Project products into her self-care regimen - “Personally I use the Moringa Facial Oil on a daily basis in the mornings and in the evenings. In the mornings I add a few drops of essential oils to it and in the evenings I use it pure. Apart of that I absolutely love the Dusk Moringa Body Oil for my body. I don't use any creams on my body since 2012, only oils, the more natural the better and Moringa oil is just amazing."
